Need HELP - getting static noise when using my tube preamp while computer is on...

HI everyone. I have an issue when using my Cary Audio tube preamp (SLP-98) and I have my computer running. I have random static noise going through the preamp when my computer is running. Im guessing its EMI, but there’s no way to distance my computer from my preamp in my current space. Using different tubes, interconnects and power sources (wall plug vs. power conditioner) hasn’t helped. If I turn the computer off the static goes away.

Is there a way to reduce or eliminate this interference so I can play PC FLAC files through my tube pre without getting random static? The rest of my setup is an RME DAC, MF M6s PRX power amp, and Tannoy XT8f towers.

@russ69 I use primarily Zavfino and Blue Jean cables. both are 'insulated' but I'll have to check if they're shielded.

Those are shielded so the RF path is not at that point. Listen, computers put out a ton of RF energy, you will have to move your computer away from other stuff. If you still get static after you move your computer six feet away, it's from the computer going down your interconnect but try some distance first.
Computers are noisy. Just turn it off. If you are working on it you can't be listening critically simultaneously. Unless you are a two headed monster.
