Buying from Parts Connexion

I'm interested in the Takatsuki 300b tubes and it's the import tax and other taxes that i may have to pay that I need advice on.

You will pay tax in the UK on imports. There will possibly be a delay in delivery time. I have sent items to the UK from the US for repair and they got held in UK customs where I was charged VAT and a fee for processing!

I guess these are more expensive?

I bought a usb cable from them, which was shipped to the US.  The bad news-there was an error on their web site which misidentified  the kind of usb cable.  They shipped the wrong one and didn’t actually  have the one I wanted .  The good news-They were pretty good about acknowledging their mistake, sending a return label and refunding my money.  Honest mistake which can happen anywhere.  I would give them a positive rating.
