PARTS CONNEXION and their sister retail outfit AUDIO CONNEXION are located about 12 miles down the highway from me. I’be bought numerous items from both.

Top shelf outfits - highly recommended and buy with confidence .

I bought a usb cable from them, which was shipped to the US.  The bad news-there was an error on their web site which misidentified  the kind of usb cable.  They shipped the wrong one and didn’t actually  have the one I wanted .  The good news-They were pretty good about acknowledging their mistake, sending a return label and refunding my money.  Honest mistake which can happen anywhere.  I would give them a positive rating.
