That's interesting Joel.  I wonder if that's a common issue?  It seems like most of the copies available are in Europe and expensive.  I looked at a few different versions on Discogs and couldn't find any comments about playback, but most versions seem to be rated 4-4.5 out of 5 stars.  Maybe we just got unlucky.  I might try another copy.
