Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1
Took coupla tokes.....think I’m making good choices that have a noticeable musical progression.
Some Friday Night Jams with my teenage son...

Head East - "Flat as a Pancake"
Nilsson - "Schmilsson"
Ned's Atomic Dustbin - "God Fodder"

So my last of the lps, in the female vocal category is, one of the greatest female voices ever......

Annie Lennox "Nostalgia"
Annie Lennox is phenomenal.  I'll search to find my copy of one of her albums to play tomorrow or tomorrow night.

Yeah Steve, a toke or two makes the music come to life on an entirely new level.  The layers, the depth, it's something I savor for on Saturday nights.
Hey, that's tomorrow night!  Can't wait...

On Monday morning I have a scheduled procedure for hand surgery.  I'm not yet sure just how that will impact my ability to flip LPs and/or for what duration of time.  I'll soon find out.  Saturday night will be a big "hoorah" for playing vinyl.  And of course, a toke or two😊

What did Jim say, this would be the next site for surgical procedures?
One thing is for sure, I will be healed and ready to buckle my boots in time for ski season.
