Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Grateful to be able to live this life with music, the wherewithal to enjoy it, the good food, family and friends.

The McMurtry lp is very enjoyable for content but not for critical listening IMO. Digital sounding recording

Steve, yeah, it's not great sonics.

That's the only one of his I have on vinyl, even in TX they all are very hard to find. I look for his LPs during every LRS visit, and always strike out. The one I found was in NJ, lol.

The best McMurtry recordings I have are live SBDs. Chris, from same sources as the Big Stars I shared with you a few years ago ;-)

I sincerely hope everyone enjoyed their thanksgiving! It was wonderful over here with the family. Lots to be grateful for!
