Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1

From earlier.

Gisela May – Brecht + Weill (Eterna 1966)

Various – Lost In The Stars - The Music Of Kurt Weill (A&M 1985)

Laurie Anderson – Home Of The Brave (Warner Bros. 1986)

Replacement mint copy of this very weird album. I bought it when it came out and liked a couple of tracks. I destroyed it a few weeks ago with a heat gun. Great sound on a good rig.

Hey Reubent,

What is your take on the song "Push it out", what are they talking about there?

BTW, I love the Beta Band! +1

Todd Rundgren / Todd

This Mortal Coil – Filigree & Shadow (4AD 1986)

Bought when released. Spent many nights with this on headphones. Still an old favorite.

Cannonball Adderley "Swingin' in Seattle"

Getz Au Go Go

And an Analogue Productions copy of Getz/Gilberto (45 rpm). I just received several AP albums and they all sound great, but this one might be the best - the artists are really "in the room!"
