OP is less defined, more gritty, richly toned, better bass, better defined easy to follow bass line. The MOV shines in definition, microdetail, shimmer, clarity, high end extension and scale and depth of stereo image… JJ Cale  Troubadour shootout complete. Collect em all and win !
