Yep much to do about nothing. Fear brains.

The sanctions applied to Russia were unprecedented. Fears about tubes were not about nothing. Perhaps they were premature, but they were about something. Hindsight is 20-20.

There is no problem getting tubes, but Russian tubes are going to be a difficult situation for some time to come. Have you heard McDonalds is closing and selling around 850 stores in Russia, that's a big deal. There are going to be major issues buying Russian goods. 

How do you sell a franchise you are closing?

McDonald's as a company is shutting down. They sold what I assume are corporate stores and likely all the business intelligence, warehousing, manufacturing, etc. associated with running a chain.
