Thanks for the kind replies, still have the problem. My n100h has been operating flawlessly since I've had it, maybe 6 months. I control it with an android phone. Now the IP address shows up as not valid. I've deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times to no avail. I have gotten emails from Ari and am hoping to correspond with him on tuesday after the holiday. |
@joeyfed55 Try re-pairing the Aurender again with your tablet. Switch off your router, switch back on after 10-15s. Go to settings in app, click Aurender at the top and ADD Aurender. Exaclty as you did when you first got it. I believe something has changed with your internet/IP address. |
That's the most likely root of the problem and good advice. If it remedies the issue, consider going into your router and setting a static IP address for the Aurender. That will resolve the problem for once and for all. |
