You’re unlikely to get a unanimous consensus cause every user system, listening preferences, room setup is different. The best way is to find a dealer that can loan you the streamer of your choice and access its performance in your system. Both Lumin and Aurender makes very high quality streamers. I have been a Aurender user for last 10 plus years and their newer generation models, N150, N200, N20 improved in terms of low frequency extension, slam and perceived details over their predecessors.
Lumin U1 Still Relevant??
Greetings to those "in the know,"
Is the Lumin U1 still relevant as a benchmark streamer since the introduction of the new U2 Mini? I'm in the market for a streamer, and my head is spinning! Aurender is in the mix, but I have heard mixed reviews on the N200. I'm open to any recommendation up to $7500. The U1 is approaching six years old, and I question the technology improvements we have had since then.
Thanks!!
