Mono block Preamp

Are there any mono block preamps? Why do companies offer expensive mono block power amps but not mono block preamps? Wouldn’t the same advantages be gained at the preamp level as well?

Since a preamp is amplifying at such low levels I think designers felt they got more bang for the buck by getting the high voltage stuff away from the low voltage stuff.
