Innuos Zen MK3 won’t transcode DSD to FLAC

Thanks @label19 I don't have a Facebook account (on purpose), but do submit tickets to Innuos... they've been pretty slow to respond. I have 5 messages going back and forth on this with an agent, sent them a file to test and they could replicate, but then tried to blame it on the file. Uhhh I said ANY DSD file, I have about 30 albums in DSD. none work and Roon plays them fine. 

We'll see how long it takes now to respond to that one. A game of "if we draw it out long enough, maybe they will give up"

My experience with Innuos support has been pretty good.  I had connection issues.  After two or three emails I had a live session with a tech.  He diagnosed that the problem was with another device of my network, and figured out which one!  Innuos has just introduced some new products which are getting some hype, so I can imagine support is a bit overwhelmed.
