@glory ,
I am sure you set up a claim with EBAY? They will have a record of the posting as it appeared on the date you purchased. That he sent 5, not the 3 ordered (ebay will never screw this up), will already make Ebay suspicious. He has also changed his listing and is attacking you in that listing. I have been using Ebay for decades and have never seen that behavior. Shocking. That will also not sit well with Ebay. They will pull the listing. You may have to get on the phone and sit on hold, but you can get a real person. I am shocked someone would put this in an ebay listing:
User name "Glory" on audiogon forum tried to buy the proprietary gel in August 22, however we refused to sell it to him or anyone else. After the Stereo Times review came out, Gary accidentally bought 5 cables (at a steep introductory discount too) and we shipped 3 immediately and held two for either later shipping or refund. Gary A was so impressed with quality far superior to the Hemmingway's he was using, he told us to ship the other two cables. The short version is he then asked again to purchase off of ebay our secret and proprietary gel that we DO NOT SELL to anyone and again we refused. TWO days later without warning Gary returned the two cables, demanded a refund, but he stole the secret gel off the cable ends before sending them back.
Our 30 day return policy was not so anyone could keep buying cables to swipe the gel off the ends and pay only shipping, so now anyone buying two or more units triggers a final sale. Try one cable on the main amplifier and if you really don't hear new clarity, depth of soundstage and musicality, send it back unaltered within 30 days.
