Integrated amplifier for ATC SCM 19v2

I recently upgraded my speakers to ATC SCM 19V2

I mostly listen to 70's - 90's rock n roll, jazz, blues and instruments (piano, guitar, etc) in a medium / average sized room.  Listening levels are generally at low to medium levels, sources are currently CD and Bluetooth.  Am in process of ripping my CD's to put on a hard drive so streaming is definitely in my future for ease of listening

My current equipment is

Primare I32 integrated amplifier with DAC

     Audiolab 8200 CD

     REL T5i sub

Kimber Kable 12TC (2×4) speaker cables

My goal is to get a fuller, more musical and clearer sound with a better amplifier and am ope to buying demo or a clean used item.

Any thoughts or suggestions from current or prior ATC SCM 19V2 users would be greatly appreciated

Thank You

+1 Luxman 509X.  Running my ATC 20s, it exercises full control over them.  Quite dynamic.  ATC is special in that they only perform well when amplified by really good high current amps.  They are too often underpowered.

You give no price point, so we lobbed high dollar at you.  Best of luck.

Erikt, you listen the musical fidelity the m6si500?

I have also the A5 but totally recap and modified a very good amo now.

I forgot to add that I would like to keep my budget in the US 2,500 -3,000 range

Thanks again for the initial suggestions, looking forward to receiving more.

Enjoy your listening !!

@gerrie

Unfortunately I have not heard the m6si500.

If I remember correctly, I listened to a MF M8xi at the LA Audio Show back in 2017 paired with some large B&W speakers. Very dynamic.

It’s been my experience that some speakers respond well to / need power to sound their best regardless of volume. I found that to be the case with the ATCs I owned. They sounded their best when let loose, but were a tad less satisfying at lower volumes. That is why if I were to go back to ATCs it would be with an integrated with a loudness feature for low volume sessions.

The ATC19s are great speakers - I love mine.  I biamp them using an Arcam power amp.

The do need the power though. The recommend range is 75 to 300w. I would try to get to 150 at least .

fwiw I pair them with the Dynaaudio 18s sub. That is powered and reduces the power needed for the ATC's
