Problem with Cardas CPBP Binding Post

So, I have Cardas CPBP binding posts on my JA Pulsars. I noticed today that the square plate that is inserted into the speaker cut out, and to which the cables are attached, is rocking loose. I don’t think it’s a good idea to put back the cables until the post is solid again. It looks like there’s an internal Allen bolt that holds it tight, but I'm not sure how to access it. Can this be fixed easily, or do I need to send it back to the manufacturer under warranty (PITA)? Thanks.
