Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO

I've been raiding my 45rpm singles box --

Elvis Presley --Tutti Fruiti

Lonnie Lord -- Rat Fink

Witch Doctor -- David Seville (Alvin the Chipmunk is un-billed).

Tommy James and the Shondells -- Hanky Panky (Do I love this one!!!)

John Denver-Greatest Hits Side B

Shirley Bassey-Live At Carnegie Hall Side 3

REO-You Get What You Play For Side 2

Dave Mackay & Lori Bell Sextet-"Take Me To Brazil" Side 2 SQ Audiophile

CSN-Allies Side 2

Anne Murray-New Kind Of Feeling Side 1 SQ*

Humble Pie-Rockin’ The Fillmore Side 4

Barry Manilow-Greatest Hits Side 3

Played 4 "Live" recordings none had Audiophile SQ but REO was closest. Ms. Murray was very close to Audiophile SQ with excellent content from one of the most currently overlooked artists from the 70’s/80’s. The bass on Humble Pie was excellent despite the recording being to closed in. Mackay & Bell is a great $10 jazz album with Audiophile SQ!
