It looks very spiky. Many mics can't even get up that high. The only real verification has to be local. A picture means little in the land of AI.
Audio Spectrum Analysis
I took this screen shot of an app I’m using to figure out a harassing noise that I have experienced previously that may tie to law enforcement who is trying to cause issues after fabricating charges to cover up their past. The sound is around 16k Hz and is a high pitched tone. There are some things previous to this as well but for now I’m looking for someone with the knowledge to verify there is in fact a high decibel sound being flooded where I reside mimicking what tinnitus is but I know it’s external. I live around some guys who are older that probably can’t hear that range but know I can hear it outside and that it went away when I left. It wasn’t here before where I’m at now and it’s consistent.
I can’t figure out how to post the image so here’s a direct link: https://postimg.cc/SnGfd0pZ

I’ve done the research and a lot of mics pick up the things you can’t hear. I just did a recent test and now it’s solid at 14k Hz and is exactly like this test sound: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=B1r-zTi0iwo |
