DAC Questions

Are there any NOS DAC's that can receive hi-res material and not sample it at all. For example, I'm wondering if there is a DAC that can accept a 16/44, 24/96 or 24/192 signal, and output it natively.

I don't think this would qualify it as a Dac that can "accept a 16/44, 24/96 or 24/192 signal, and output it natively."
