Fosi V3 Mono...when inexpensive satisfies

I've had these monos for a few months now, upgraded with the Sparkos opamps (two in each for xlr input) and continue to be amazed by their sound quality.  Oustanding soundstage width and depth, pinpoint imaging, quick, dyanmic and neutral.

In my audio life I don't think I've ever been this impressed with such a relatively inexpensive audio purchase.  Heck, most of us have spent more for a single pair of RCAs than the price of the Fosi + Sparkos.

If anyone's on the fence about these amps, I'd suggest giving them a listen.  You, too, might be blown away.

Cheers, all.

I've had three so far: Super Tablette, LS50, and Acoustic Zen Adagios.

My room is acoustically treated 13x14.  Basically small and not the best shape.

I have an older Fosi amp driving ls50s no problem. Those newer monoblocks should nail it. Ls50s are not easy to drive well. I also have the stereo Fosi V3 with the beefed up power supply driving a small pair of Mirage speakers in a small desktop system and could use that in my bigger systems as well I’m sure. Almost pulled the trigger on the monoblocks but not yet. Can’t go wrong for the price.

jl35, I've got two 32v/5 amp power supplies.  So about 55 watts at 8 ohms and about 120 at 4.

mapman, isn't it kind of crazy the sound quality/price ratio of the Fosi gear?

My friends system…

6 amplifiers… 2 x Fosi V3 and 1 Crown amp per channel. Morrison omnidirectional speakers and Morrison subwoofers.
