Audiolab 9000cdt vs Audiolab 6000cdt vs Teac 505t

Can anybody compare any of these to each other? I’m working with a 2002 Vecteur L4 being used as a transport, and I’m wondering about one of these as a potential replacement. I haven’t heard any of them, but I have read all I can find. Anybody actually heard any of these and willing to share your observations? TIA

I have 2 systems, and have had the 6000 CDT on both. I upgraded to the 9000 CDT and am currently running them. There was a nice overall improvement on clarity and presentation, separation of the instruments. They are very detailed if you will, I have zero complaints. I am also running A Saturn Audio dac on one system, and an Aqua La Voce on the other.

The Audiolab seem like nice machines.  They were on my short list.   I actually bought a Teac 505t sight unseen.  When I went to pick it up I thought it was nice. Build quality is high .  I thought about it and switched gears and bought the VRDS 701t.

I am pretty sure a 505t will at some point end up in my second system .

Thanks so much to both of you for sharing. I've contacted Audiolab to ask for a demo (nice that they offer one!).

I'll post my impressions if the demo comes through, although I might just buy one from Crutchfield and send it back if it doesn't better my Vecteur.

Thanks, mariddock. I have one of the best. (Amazing the difference cables make!! I've also found that vibration dampeners make a huge difference.) Cheers!
