Check out their website and you get a message about them being out for Thanksgiving and listing how to contact them. This is fraud, basically. I've got an unassembled LP shelving in my garage that ended up there when I moved back to Texas and now I don't think I have the bolts, etc that I need to assemble it. I've put off contacting them, for obvious reasons, but usually, when someone goes out of business, their site may stay up for quite a while, but never is it continuously updated as if they're still in business. Do we have anyone on the Forum in Arkansas who can check up on this?
Has anyone had an order fulfilled by Boltz.com in the 2024 or 2023 calendar year?
The word has to be spread about Boltz.com in the audiophile and record collecting community. The Arkansas BBB and forums are rife with complaints about the business. I placed an order in December 2023 for record shelving that was not fulfilled despite monthly communication with their contact person, Heather.
I finally cancelled the order last month without a refund on my CC from them. Because the cancellation was greater than 60 days I could not get the charge reversed which is part of their ploy. The website is still up and running and taking orders.
I attempted to have my CC company remove support for the business and have opened up a complaint with the Arkansas AG. I am unaware of anyone receiving product from them in the 2024 or 2023 calendar year.
It is a shame since they used to be a reputable company and I had ordered and received 8 racks from them in the 2005 to 2020 time frame. Heather comes across as a part-time secretary who is polite but the BBB lists a Heather Crowder as the Directory of Operations. They don't seem to ever pick up their phone.
Has anyone in this forum gotten anything from them in the last two years?
