you can ask for help, they are quite helpful

Speaker Wires: I buy Cat 5 or Cat 6 on eBay, SFTP (shield, foil, twisted pairs) (8 solid core pure copper strands) use nice WBT type spade connectors from Parts Express. Most are 26 awg, some are 24 and you can find pure copper, 22 awg. x 8 strands = 17; 15; 13 awg

Quick search, I see a lot of 23 awg x 8 = 14 awg.

I bought two colors, cut ends off, twisted them, taped every few feet. You need a bit of extra length to allow for the twisting you do to them.

I would fall back on old HD10-3. I actually use it for my office system, I think it was in 2008 Stereophile just for fun they added some wire they bought from Home Depot... a 10 guage 3 conductor extension cord. Cut the ends off and tested it as speaker wire. It did surprisingly well. Not against high end stuff but against stuff like monster and radio shack.
