Is the BluOS getting worse?

I’ve enjoyed my Bluesound Vault for a few years now and I like the UI, but lately it seems to be having problems connecting. The phone app usually works very well but I’ve always had issues with the PC app not being able to find the player, so I need to uninstall and reinstall weekly. Now the phone app doesn’t work either. The Blu website says to unplug everything - the phone, the pc, the player, the internet, etc, etc. Way too much trouble on a weekly basis. So is Blu getting worse? Is it time to dump the Bluesound player???

I have a Vault, a Node, a Node2 and a Node X. I have them wired to my routers. I have a TP Link Mesh router system, therefore good coverage in my entire home. No problems there and no problems with my IPhone as a controller. When I did have a problem years ago, it was getting my Vault to see my NAS. I scheduled a Bluesound Tech to help me and in about 15-20 minutes he fixed the issue and told me how to fix it if potential problems existed in the future. In fact, I would have to say I rate Bluesound a 10 out of 10 for performance, usability and customer service. I just got a HiFi Rose and hoping I get that good of service from them.

2psyop - I also have a mesh system and have my Vault wired directly to the satellite.  And everything else works fine on soo I don't think the mesh is the issue.  I also like the Bluesound app but it just doesn't seem to work well with a pc.  Btw... I test drove a HiFi Rose and found that the BluOS was superior (when it works)

I find that when my device can't find my Vault it is simply on the wrong network.   May be the case with mesh.  You need to make sure the phone or tab is on the same network as the streamer.
