Blu-ray player cleaner recommendation

A very soft microfiber cloth. If I have an issue, typically I can see it in reflected light. To remove it... no solution is required. There are specific solutions for sale. But these days I would just use the same Zeiss glass cleaner I use for my glasses,

I am pretty sure these are the ones I use for my glasses, iPads, speakers (if I smudge them)... and TVs.

gameDr Cyclone 10 brush Zero-Clearance Technology. I use it to clean my Oppo player. It's for Blue Ray players, DVD and CD. Also, Maxell makes the maxlink Blue Ray lens cleaner which uses patented Wind Funnel cleaning technology. It only uses air ( no brushes ), but this is only going to blow loose debris of the laser. I also use this. for more frequent cleaning. Good luck.

If cleaning does not work, then you might need a new laser assembly.
