Does anyone listen to the radio anymore?

My tuner has been collecting dust the last few years. Got me thinking, how many  audiophiles even listen to the radio anymore when there are so many other options available?

Never listen ordinarily, but since my system went down have been listening to Alexa radio transmissions. Enjoying it greatly.

Mostly in the car if not streaming via roon arc. Still have a Carver tx11-a tuner at home that I will tune into local talk, sports, or public radio from time to time. I do miss the tuner on my old Tandberg tr-2080 I had for many years. I have some hifi VHS tapes I made using that back in that 80’s off public radio that are still worth a listen.

I listen to KJazz 88.1 and KUSC 91.5 for background while reading etc.  I look forward to learning about music and performers I haven't known about -- helps direct me toward what discs to buy.  For sound quality, in my AV system my Etude competes against the tuning section in my Marantz pre-pro and a streaming laptop, while my MR 78 is the sole FM source in my music system.
