Does other Audiogon members' opinion carry any weight for you ?

I’m interested in others opinions, but I wouldn’t buy something based solely on someone else’s recommendation. But it was soix’s recommendation that led me to my current speakers (which I love), but would never have considered without his suggestion. I’ve also solved some issues or considered different gear because of discussions here. But ultimately any purchase decision is mine after due consideration. 

Everybody can help us here and many helped me in a direct and indirect way...( for the gear pieces or for advices or for musical inspiration or for discussing acoustics concepts even ASR members lost here  ;) )

The list i could give will be numerous names...

Only those who are not very open mind cannot learn anything from others here...

Not only that but many here gave me gifts and offers with complete generosity...

It is a great forum...

Yes appreciate members that have knowledge about equipment or music that is new to me.  Very helpful.  Keep it coming!  

There is a plethora of cool things to learn on this site.  So many things I had no idea about.  And as noted above, I got turned on to a lot of new music I would never have gotten an opportunity to hear and enjoy.  Thanks to all who have contributed.  -John
