Cardas Power Cords

Has anyone had any problem with the male plug on Cardas Clear Beyond XL power cords? The ground prong on several cables has come loose. I am not sure if this affects the performance or safety. Might have to send them back to be repaired under warranty as they have done before. I want to see if this is an on going problem  with the plug and how to avoid the issue from happening.

Good to know---I'm looking at getting a Clear Reflection power cord. Hope they fix it.

I bought a Cardas connector and fixed my own on a used cable. So, yes, they do fail on occasion. Good cables.

A Certificate of Authenticity can be copied/forged easier than the cable itself can be copied through the manufacturing process.  Lots of fake product out there.  It's best to send it in for inspection/repair.
