What time do you wear?

What watch, if any, graces your wrist? Does time matter? You know: time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana. Either way.

I simply disagree Snofun. If someone is purchasing an automatic watch expecting the utmost accuracy they are misled. As for "higher performance", that can come in other forms. Most expensive watches are built very well and last for decades. Furthermore, many people, such as myself enjoy owning a mechanical watch.

I did not purchase my automatics for prestige, I don't care who likes them nor do I think they are "substandard" because they are not as accurate as my quartz watches.

It is wonderful that you are pleased with your watch and it meets your criteria, but others can be just as happy that have a different criteria than you.

If accuracy is your main criteria, purchase an Atomic watch.
As I mentioned, "exquisite design, fine materials, outstanding features AND virtually unmatched performance" was my purchase criteria.
Your criteria is different - no problem.
"exquisite design, fine materials, outstanding features AND virtually unmatched performance"

All in the eyes of the beholder. Again, glad your happy, that's all that matters.
An old Omega Seamaster, that was passed down from my grandfather when he passed.
on the rare occasions that I wear a watch it's either a Citizen Eco Drive or a basic Seiko. Both keep perfect time and look good. My prize is my Fathers' '40s vintage Jules that I wear on very special occasions.
But it seems that my watch of choice has become my cell phone. Dave
