What does "voiced" mean to you?

Often times on these threads, reference is made to a product being "voiced", I'm curious what exactly that might mean to Audigoners.

When a designer stays true to how he voices his speakers you get what they call that 'house sound'. All the best, Nonoise

Voicing is something that the end user does to fine tune a well designed and set up system .
