Need interconnect advice

Issabre what you describe sounds like some type of generic RCA cables for some type of mobile electronic equipment, I know of no high performance audio cable for $15.....Sean is an advocate of Geortz cables, unless this is a different Sean. I wonder what type of RCA connectors can possibly be on a $15 pair of cables, not WBT for sure......can you be more specific of the cable manf., no listing anywhere on internet for Mobile Spec.

Although I qppreciate the post, I too could find very little information for this company. Wouldn't it be great if it were true, but the "maufacturer's site" was either down or not responding to my requests (the site was found using a Google search). As stated under my other post, "smoothing those sibilants...", I currently have some Cardas interconnects on loan and will very shortly have the opportunity to experiment with some cables by Silver Audio and Nordost. The Cardas sure helped, though!

If you would like to try a cable made by a widely respected, reputable manufacturer who is not making cables on a workbench in his basement (you know there's lots of money being made when cable companies come and go within only several months), try the Van den Hul The Second. It is VERY smooth, with excellent bass, total silence between notes, reasonable air and soundstage. No harsh highs, mellow midrange. Even frequency response. Not very glamorous, I'm afraid. If you like music instead of flavor-of-the-month hi-fi sound, you'll really like The Second. By the way, this is a very highly regarded cable in Europe, but they don't spend enough on advertising in US to be popular. In case you don't recognize brand name, VdH wire is used internally by a little speaker company called B&W.

Hey guys, All I know is that they made my Perreaux amplifier sound twice as good with a stunning reduction in Sibilance. When I recontacted Sean in amazement, he revealed that he is a professional audio engineer who works with some big bands and uses these as "sibilance busters". Here's his email: bigfoot1@corecomm.net (I hope he won't kill me for giving it out). I don't know if he's a rep for the company or not, but he can probably hook you up with Mobile Spec. If any of you try these cables please leave your impressions here as I will be interested to read them.
