proper loading for grado platinum 4mv

just bought a basis 1400 with grado platinum. also bought monolithic ps1 phono stage. as i did'nt get any info with the cartridge, can any of you good souls tell me how to load the cartridge? i've got the gain set ok, but i'm not sure on the impedance and capacitance. i have the impedance set tp 47k now and it seems ok. i appreciate any help. thanks, harry
