Viagra for Your Ears?

Well, the big pharmaceutical company that brought you Viagra has a drug in clinical trials that will 'enhance' the hair nerves in your ears to straighten your ability to hear. I kid you not. While the new drug cannot being to life the dead hairs, it will enhance what is remaining and alive. Better listening through chemistry. You old folks now have hope for an extended 'audio' life. Who knew.

I did actually read a bit about that, although I did not know that it specifically treated the hair nerves. One look at our President and I was convinced that he was a user.
Never tried any of this stuff but gotta wonder if Viagra alone might be not be good for your hearing, you know with increased blood flow and all?

Just wondering. WHen the time comes I have to rely on prescription drugs in order to just enjoy my music, maybe just shoot me.
before such viagra created,

1. Headphones and/or expensive Etymotic hearing aids.
2. Keeping your ears safe from extraneous noises.
3. Sleeping 1...2 nights per week with earplugs(resting ear membrane).
4. Making swallowing moves periodically as if you drink water.
5. Avoid using any kind of Qtips!!!
6. Void exposing to the water or trying to wash out wax
7. LAUGH!!!
8. Be outdoors as much as you can -- go to camping, trip, mountains, wilds.
9. Consume brain-healthy foods.

Consuming cannabinoids works magic on my hearing(similar to tone controls :))). THC is known to enhance any kind of senses, but certainly not improve. Sometimes helps laughing for no reason too:)))!
It wouldn't take much to improve the acuity. I"m just worried what the side effects will be. Whenever they list the side effects, the list is so long and scary that I'd avoid the drug unless it was life threatening.

On as aside, is it just me or is every post you make followed by the notice of pending approval by a moderator that should take several hours and usually posts the next day? I've contacted them and they told me it's normal which I know not to be the case.

All the best,
Nonoise
Side effect: if your system sounds great for over four hours, consult your nearest high end dealer.
