XLR-RCA adapter wiring schematic

I need to build some, but forgot which pin goes to where. Can someone tell me the schematic?

Some manufacturers, like Jeff Rowland and in Japan (I think) reverse PIN-2 and PIN-3 so you have to check polarity of other components or reverse POS-NEG leads on both loudspeakers.
