Is Monster Powerline 2 decent speaker cable?

I recently purchased a pair of speakers, and the guy that sold them to me threw in some Monster Powerline 2 Time Coherent Precision speaker cable. Does anyone own this cable? What did it sell for,(per foot)? Is this high end cable, or just mid-fi? I don't need the cable, so I was thinking of selling it.
