Andy Bowman of Vintage Tube Services

Any tried to contact Andy at Vintage Tube Service in the last couple weeks? Phoned on a daily basis for the last 2 weeks with no answer or no answering machine.

Also sent some email that were returned with an error message.

Sent back some tubes to be replace.

Andy went to FL. for two weeks on family concerns.

Thanks Gary. I knew that there would be a legitimate reason. Andy truely is a superb guy who has vast knowledge of vacuum tube technology.

Thanks for the information Gary.

I sent back 2 pairs of tubes to Andy for an exchange.

He is really great to deal with but i was concern not having any response, especially I knew that package was delivered a few week ago.
