Single driver speakers. Are they worth considering ?
On single drivers the  frequency response tilts steeply upwards from bass to treble there's Beaming at high frequencies,  top end marred with ripples and IMD is a problem and they aren't full range. Other than that they should be fine.

I'm not sure what Kef is a single driver but they do have the small coaxial or point source LS50 which is a 2 driver and nowhere near full range.
What does Hi-Fi Even Mean anymore?
It's means what it's always meant. The McIntosh guy got it about right.

Gave up my SET----looking for moderate to higher power replacement options
Depends how low the impedance of the speaker is. The Benchmark can do 500 watts bridged into 4 Ohms at .00026% distortion. If the speaker hangs around 2 Ohms they don't reccomend you use them bridged.

The Benchmark AHB2 doesn’t have a "sound" it’s one of the best measuring amps around. If your speakers and ears can take it you can push 120dbspl and the noise floor will still be -10dBSPL below. If there was ever an amp considered neutral it’s th...
What tests would you like all speaker reviewers to do for their reviews?
To all: Is there a published guide to understanding John Atkinson's standard measurements for the less experienced of us?https://www.audioholics.com/loudspeaker-design/understanding-loudspeaker-measurements

Jesus dude go away you have no clue they each tell you something different. One shows FR on and off axis, port resonance and woofer resonance, others floor and ceiling bounce, etc.. it’s mostly all from using a Klippel, but each gives you differen...

Spinorama 2034, near field driver, early reflections, in room response,  beamwidth,  horizontal and vertical directivity, waterfall , distortion @96dbspl, fundamental and harmonic distortion, maybe some 360° vertical and horizontal polars.

No other than they are using good Hypex modules. I've heard the March 502 that also uses Hypex, very neutral amp with good power.
Why wont speaker companies publish their measurements?
They still use those old Yamaha ns 10m in some studios, they need to know what the music will sound like on Magicos and the other 99%  stuck in 1960.
Why wont speaker companies publish their measurements?
Why would you have Magico have you seen there measurements?
What would you do?
Try some EQ
