Sansui Au9500 - Leave it on?
Leave it powered all the time or turn it on and off? That thing is 50 years old, no need to keep burning it in, nothing lasts forever.
Thoughts about the "Cheapaudioman" on YouTube
If he's a reviewer of affordable gear, more power to him. However, if he thinks a $300 loudspeaker sounds better than a $5000 loudspeaker, he's not facing reality.
Time/Process of Hooking up New Equipment
Changing equipment always opens up a new can of worms. There will be more work to do. Taking your time is a good thing, no need to rush. It takes time to evaluate.
What Neutral Means in Reviews & Our Discussions? Are We Confusing Tame/Flat For Neutral?
That’s what jarred my thought. Does "neutral" mean tame/flat... That's what it means to me. I like my system to have a little bounce to it. Not inaccurate playback but something with a little excitement.
Low buzzing through speaks
Put a 10db attenuator between your amp and preamp.
Control amps: suggestions needed
Move away from low-line commercial products and get a quality integrated amp like a Musical Fidelity.

Most economical way to ship large speakers?
Klipsch uses Old Dominion.

tube tuner or solid stat tuner
I wouldn't buy a vacuum tube tuner. Your system should get the sound you want and a SS tuner will work better longer.
Inherited a pair of JBL 4350 -- Need Advice
Holy crap! Those are highly desirable JBL loudspeakers, I would place an ad here on Audiogon.
binding posts
Also, not only do you defeat the purpose of running the speaker bi- if you don't remove them, you can damage the speakers. Only if you cross wire them.
What amp for Goldenear Reference speakers?
I have an older Marantz MK11 that was used in a home theater that could be recycled as the pre/pro for this setup.   No, don't do that but do look at some high-powered integrated amps. You said you play loud, you'll need a big boy amp.
Order of importance and budget percentages
I’d pick my loudspeaker first, then see what cable works well with it. I don’t believe in fixed percentage budgets, you buy what you need, no more no less. For example if you bought Magnepan 30s you would have tons of money left over for the othe...
Q. re Gemme Tanto Tweeter Replacements
"...their designer Robert Gaboury quite a while ago, he mentioned that several owners had replaced the tweeters with Eton 26HD3..."     That is engineering talk for; I didn't design it but I don't see a problem with it.
