Any suggestions for a USB 2.0 PCI card?

Most that I have seen have a poor rep... I've heard nothing about this one.

The Sotm is darn good, but it will cost you a lot. Better to buy a Dac with a good usb implementation in my opinion.

Well I "upgraded" to a $25 Startech USB 3.0 PCIE card and the difference over the built in motherboard port was not small. Well worth it.

I know all about the SOtM card but it's not in my future plans right now. I'm considering the Audiophilleo 2 with Pure Power option first. I currently use the Stello U3 with AQVOX power.
