Does Qobuz work

I've been streaming from Tidal from ethernet, through my Blue Sound Vault and McIntosh amp.  I find the BluOS very easy to use and Tidal works great on the BluOS app on my phone.  Qobuz does not. I've tried to contact Qobuz customer support but its been days now and they haven't responded.  There are several options on the BluOS app for various sources, like Tidal, Amazon Music, Qobuz, etc. But Qobuz is the only one that doesn't work, I paid for the Hi Res Audio, but the songs come thru at only cd quality and only 15 second samples.    Does anyone have a solution?

Here is the Ethernet switch , and the Pangea is a perfect match ,

thats is not even close to Accurate , having owned a Audio store you are getting less then $500 in parts counting the box , not high quality what so ever

compared to say a $3500 innuos SS hd and streamer it destroyed in its decent in the $1200 range but you get what you pay for ,Thst $10  horrible wall wart is pure noise, just try putting a good LPS power supply on it a Big step up with as mentioned above a decent power cord like the Pangea ,and the modem- router combo a good LPS look on the wall wart on bottom it’s normally 12v 4 amp

I put the $700 Linear tube Audio LPS which comes with a excellent DC cable others charge over $100 for plus I put a 5 amp slow blo synergistic purple fuse and Pangea power cord , that made a big difference streaming to complement the link below for respectable Ethernet hub.

@mojo771 you wrote, "there are no instructions that say you need to log out and then log back, and not by merely selecting the Qobuz tab, like you just select the Tidal tab.  Insead, you have to go to a different settings page - not the main settings page - and then can log in and choose your service."

You might want to post those findings on other forums (Qobuz, Bluesound Node) to help others avoid aggravation. Glad you figured it out.

@mojo771 Get your Mojo working. As one who srarted on a laptop then onto a bluebaby please get the best streamer with an internal or external dac you can afford and clean up your Ethernet and trip the light fantastic. There’s all the info you could ever want on these forums.

The "Best" DAC is kind of the issue.  First, I don't know what dac is in the Vault,  2nd, I've had 2 different audio shop suggest dacs - one ( I think the T&A 200) also had a pre-amp and its over $7000. Another place suggested an $800 Hugo,  That's quite a big difference in price.  I don't want to go cheap, but I also don't want to spend $&k if I don't need to.

Also, not every audio shop has every brand so its hard to compare dacs.  I can try ordering a few, comparing them on my system, and then return all the ones I don't like.  But I hate to order stuff I know I'm going to return.
