Problems with lost Qobus Playlists?

I lost 24 of 26 Qobus playlists. I was able to retrieve them thanks to Soundiiz. However, I just discovered they are missing once again. The same two playlists show up and the other 24 disappeared. I guess I need to backup again via Soundiiz.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Thank you!

I lost 6 of my playlists on Qobuz about a month ago.  I have no idea how it happened.   I called Qobuz and was told they can’t retrieve them.  I had 200 songs on each playlist, so I lost 1200 songs.  I  was frustrated, and sort of worrisome that it is happening to others.

I agree it is very frustrating that you are losing QoBuz playlists that you created. Please confirm that your software is up to date and current.  It probably is but I have to ask.

I have to ask but please also confirm that when you create your playlists, that you SAVE them.   Again the answer is probably yes, but we have to confirm.  I also suggest you reduce the number of songs in each playlist.  It is possible QoBuz has issues working with a playlist containing 200 songs.  I suggest you reduce it to 50 songs and see what happens.   I hope this helps.

Never seen a computer lose any data.or the cloud or a hard drive ect.the teck people will never admit a problem with software or update.sorry for your loss but it's not got the programmers like Amazon or google.they can't afford to have down time.my undergrad degree is computer science.hopefully the tech can figure it out.be careful of power variance and static around your equipment.battery backup might be a thought.a hard shutdown can lose data.i wounder why we have to back up these computers if they never lose data.enjoy the music and the hunt for the problem.wounder if anyone else has same issue?

Qobuz is my favorite for sound quality. But I don't love their interface or some of the quirks. I don't really make many playlists so haven't had this exact problem. But I've experienced other odd behavior on both a PC and on the phone app.

Like playing offline downloaded music in my car will pause every so often, I think when my phone recognizes a wireless hotspot as it passes by. I think Qobuz is trying to validate my credentials or something. But that only needs to be done once a month or so, not every few minutes! It's frustrating enough where I don't want to use it. If I turn on airplane mode it works fine but I need to be reachable so that doesn't work for me.

Playlists created on Qobuz are no longer recognizable as discrete collections. Qobuz has taken the liberty of mixing and hiding at its sole whimsical discretion. SQ is the best of any streaming service, but Conductor app not so much. No solutions to offer as yet as I have not solved my own Qobuz troubles.
