Your last concert was to see who and when?

Pretty simple, what and when was your last concert?

Audiowoman, I too saw Mary Gauthier recently, at Jammin Java in Vienna Virginia, were you there too? Wasn't/isn't she quite great?
My first concert, not exactly the same, was nearly 50 years ago. My dad took me, on my 12th birthday (hmm, that means this poster is 61 or 62), to see the Beatles in Baltimore. 50th anniversary of that day/event (coming up next month), just by luck/fate, is a british invasion show I have a ticket to attend (b'day present to myself), gerry and the pacemakers, etc. For me that night has not been equaled, for multiple reasons, despite having been to hundreds of concerts in the intervening nearly 50 years. Of all sorts. All enjoyed too.
Dyaln in Seattle this coming Sunday, then again next month in Philadelphia.
Halloween went to Steve Forbert. Soon is Dylan a few nights in Philly (recently saw him in Seattle too). A highlight of my concert "career", or whatever. Literally been to his shows dozens of times, and these are at or near the top. My 25 yo son went with me in Seattle, his 6th time. Does anyone here care, or am I talking to myself again?
Chris Smithers in Philly Wednesday, and tonight and tomorrow, Dylan in Philly. A good week I say.
Martyk1, it was my first Eels show, I went with two friends who are fans, not their first show. I was impressed on many levels. First was the musicianship of the band; I am/was a drummer and of course gravitate to that member of the lineup, and this guy seems to be a classically-trained percussionist. The band on all levels was top rate, and of course E is very charismatic, was younger and smaller(?) than I had pictured, was very talkative, "approachable", a wonderful instrumentalist himself, very much in command and control of the 4 players with him, a good singer, songwriter, seemed quite likable. I am not being clear her, I would definitely go again to an Ells show, they were pretty great. It was my last and 8th concert in May, and was among the top two or three; that is not faint praise, I tend to go to hear artists I really like, so I get enjoyment and pleasure from most shows. Have you been? This show was only about half sold-out; at the Keswick theater in Glenside PA, a shock to me.
Sarah McLaughlin, at Parx Casino near Philly, was stunned by her singing, truly stunned, did not know how much ability she had to convey emotions.
Just back from Mandy Barnett, a 2pm show, only about 100 people there, $21.50 ticket, was just blown away by the talent.
John Sebastian, last weekend,in Bethen NY, site of Woodstock 50 years back.
The Master, Dylan, last night in Baltimore.  Next week in Philly, December in NYC.  Just the best.  See it/hear it while you still can.

As sad as this seems, I've come to a realization that I might not be attending many/any live shows again.  This from someone who lived for this activity.  But the last few years, I have skipped sooo many, including last night, a Malpass Brothers show.  Maybe its because I'm old, maybe its because I don't enjoy going alone much any longer, maybe its because I have become accustomed to staying ut the last few years with the viral pandemic.  The last 10 or 15 shows for which I have had tickets, I mostly skipped.  At last the artists received my ticket proceeds?

Eric, Iris is a treasure, you were fortunate to see her, again.  I've only been once, and it was magical.
