Diana Krall in Paris Concert DVD

I bought this DVD last week. I agree that the Dolby Digital mix is better that the DTS version but I wish that it had a PCM mix. I almost always prefer a PCM mix to any of the multi channel mixes.

yes the mix is odd, only listened to the DTS version, usually better bitrate and higher quality, Ill test out the DD version..

But ya have to admit, she's a musician first and a singer second..and also has a hell of a bunch of musicians with her..

Mzn50: Yes, her singing is rather uninspired.
Agree that her backup (especially those strings!) is/are first rate. Question: Is is me, my system, or the DVD but I could not hear the chimes when they were being struck?
Over and over the camera showed them being tickled by the percussionist but I just couldn't hear them! Can anyone?
