Best drink while listening to your rig?

Am moving to Hawaii in two weeks...big change for a Scotsman and one that will force me to rethink my drink and music matches! What goes with Hawaiian steel guitar? Or with Don Ho (definitely not my kind of music, but may he RIP).

Coors original with an egg and some calamato. Then and only then do I crank AC/DC

Having just moved to Hawaii, it seems I'm drinking beer with everything...well, with the exception of cereal (but that might change!!)

Congrats on your move, have fun in paradise. I totally understand the urge to drink beer, but I have one local wine recommendation. It's called Maui Blanc, a white wine made from, believe it or not, pineapples! Though it's been about 15 years since I've had it I remember it as not too sweet, off-dry, and very fragrant and delicious. Give it a try, if they're still making it!
