Esoteric Support - nonexistent???

I have a DV-50 remote control which has stopped working and I have tried every method listed on the Esoteric/Integra website with no luck.  The phone number just rings and rings... I sent an email literally last December with no reply.  I'm shocked at how poor this companies service has become.

Does anyone know how to get help with an Esoteric product?

I love their equipment, but c'mon guys - at least answer the phone.

End rant.

Are you in the US? Did you try the Esoteric USA site? There is a support phone number listed there not sure if its the same number you tried. Good luck!

Yes, I am in the US and tried both the phone numbers and email address listed on that link.  Zero response.

I'll try Audio Aficionado. thanks technik!
Gee for the price of their stuff one would think you could get a hold of them Maybe try to see if Teac has adifferent customer service number
When I needed help with my DV 60, I had to contact Teac of America. It seems the Esoteric of America only supports newer models of their product. Contact Teac of America Support, and see if this is still the case.

Good luck,
Dan
I have some Esoteric gear it is newer than yours. But never had a problem getting info or service from them. Scott is the guy who always get back to me. He also does a lot of their trade shows, so if he s out of town it may take a little while until he is back in the office. Keep trying
As aberyclark noted, at their price point, to have to make a consumer jump through so many hoops for service is absurd.
This thread isn't the first about Esoteric and customer support.
I was considering buying an Esoteric piece but after reading the previous threads bought a Bryston unit instead.  If I am parting with thousands of dollars for a new component I would rather deal with a company with a good reputation.
