Never had an issue at all.

It was also supposed to come with brand new tubes... I emailed them back when it arrived and they sent me a set of brand new tubes for the 5se right away. Very good service and fast delivery. Packaging was very professional. They also did come down in price.It was in mint condition just as listed. And they have a 30 day money back guarentee. if not satisfied. Highly recommended.
