Is the buyer responsible to cover the cost of a return?


The buyer received speakers last week. Now he is telling me that the woofer is blown. I shipped them in A+ condition. I told him to return them. I covered the cost of shipping to him ( $70.00 ).

what dealer? you could select who he takes it too, or, at least talk to his dealer choice before they mess with it, make sure you think they are qualified.

it may be best to just pay the return shipping, these things can get out of hand, cabinet finish messed up by ___?
The dealer is reputable. They sell the brand of the speaker ( HARBETH ) to be checked out!

The damage may have been caused in shipping.  Maybe the voice coil is no longer aligned or damaged.  I have been shipping heavy amp lately and things are getting damaged even with two boxes, foam, bubble and peanuts separating the double boxes.


Time to switch to wooden crates.
