Am I doing my speakers Justice?

I'm using a PASS Labs X150 to power 86db and 4ohm speakers with thrilling results. The X150 shares innards with the X350.

What were the components that were driving the Revel's, that made you want the Revel's in the first place? Just trying to find your starting point system characteristics. I know the Revel's can be a bit analytical.

    Crescendos’, slamming song starts, song ending slam/crescendos’

 headroom is your friend.

 I’ve owned 100/200/300W amps, I’ve settled on McCormack 650W amps, and never clip, never under power, never overpower.
 Just prefect!

NEVER SUCH A THING AS TOO MICH POWER.

I EVEN USED A PAIR OF carvin dcm 2500 amps  for 2500W to each speaker, but their reliability was horrible.  
 Been through so many amps, and my best ones are/were the Rotel RB-1090 / McCormack DNA-750s’/Sunfire 600 sig/Onkyo M-504 

the Onkyo was a trooper, powering 2 pairs Cerwin Vegas, 1 pair D-9s’ and a pair of AT-15s’ at same time, lasted over 2 years, until the right side plastic binding posts literally were put to melted red and black plastic nubs.

anyway, , get those amazing x350s’ and enjoy.
  Those were the same ones I was looking at when the McCormack dna750s’came up for sale.
i chose the McCormack amps, and think I made the right choice.
