It looks like the sale only applies to the old HDMI 2.0 cables. The new and improved HDMI 2.1 cables (backward compatible) are capable of 48Gbps, not discounted.

The AudioQuest Pearl is the least expensive 48Gbps cable HDMI cable. Notice that it’s listed under the full retail price.

I only have a 4K TV for which these cable seem a great fit at the discounted price.
