@arch2 I know right? Hard to beat the old reliable ground beef/crispy shell. I know of a place though that cooks the ground beef, allows it to cool, mixes in grated cheese and then places that in a soft corn tortilla. They use wooden toothpicks to hold it all in place inside the folded over tortilla and then....wait for it....they deep fry it in a politically correct vat of healthy and environmentally friendly oil. To say that it is sinful is an understatement....I'm not even Catholic and it makes me want to light a series of candles to atone. |
